Returns Policy

At Carry The Cross Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please email info@carrythecrossco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos before providing return instructions. A refund, credit, or exchange will be processed once we receive the item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, we offer a credit note or exchange for unused items returned within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
